FAQ

We require reservations for all daycare, including Saturdays (the more notice the better). Notification the morning of could result in being turned away in the event that we are fully booked on any given day. Reservations can be booked in real time directly through our client portal, via EMAIL or by phone at 215-413-2275 (BARK ). Please note that reservation requests left on our voicemail cannot be guaranteed.

Please be courteous to our other clients and notify barKadelphia in the event you need to cancel.

Please notify us of all cancellations before 8AM the day of your scheduled reservation to allow other clients the ability to book a day at barKadelphia. After 8AM, a cancellation fee of $10 will be added to your account.

If your dog has a scheduled daycare reservation and does not show up for Doggie Daycare you may be charged a non-cancelation fee of $25.00.

barKadelphia offers the option to pay as you play (daily rates) or purchase discounted, pre-paid packages. Our 5, 10 and 20 session saver packages will never expire and can be used at any time.

The dogs will socialize with other canines of similar temperaments off leash in a cage free environment. Playtime is 100% monitored by trained staff members. We have two separate play areas to safely accommodate dogs all different sizes, ages and temperaments.

Throughout the day we will work with the dogs on basic obedience by running through commands (sit, down, stay, etc.). We also incorporate monthly enrichment activities that keep the pups mentally stimulated as well as physically. We allow all dogs to run, play, nap according to how they are feeling that day. At the end of the day you will have a relaxed, happy and exhausted dog!

We are excited to offer bathing and other a la carte grooming services to barKadelphia clients. If you wish to have your pup groomed while at daycare, simply send an email to info@barkdelphia.com or schedule your pups groom directly via the client portal.

barKadelphia accepts all major credit cards, checks, & cash.

While we do have a fenced in backyard for the pups to use (weather pending), the dog runs are treated as an indoor dog park and employees are there to clean up any messes that may occur, with animal safe cleaning solution, through out the day. Rest assured, this will not un-do any potty training!

You can schedule a meet and greet with barKadelphia by simply calling 215-413-2275 (BARK ), emailing, or stopping in to set up a formal time.

All dogs must have current vaccinations including Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP). No exceptions will be made. Please note that owners are responsible for providing barKadelphia updated vaccinations as dogs are revaccinated. Failure to provide proof of updated vaccinations, may prevent your pup from enjoying pack play.

All pups over the age of 6 months are required to be neutered or spayed before attending daycare.

Please feed your dog before coming to daycare if necessary as we do not feed onsite. Exceptions will be made for puppies under 6 months and pups with special diets or special medical needs (for an extra fee).

Yes! We have a fenced in backyard which is accessible directly from our Pawlor Room (doggie run). Weather pending, our pack can enjoy inside and outside play time with FURiends.

We offer an early morning drop off option Monday-Friday beginning at 7am at the cost of $5 per dog or $8 for two dogs.

All pups must be dropped off for daycare before 11:30am Monday through Friday and may be picked up at your leisure anytime before we close at 7pm. Please note that a late fee of $5 for every 5 minutes past close (7pm) will apply to all late pick ups. There are no specific drop off/pick up hours for hourly daycare on Saturdays.
